For climbing coaches and their squads

Map the season.Time the peak.

Plan a squad's whole season, from base weeks to the competition, and adjust each athlete's week from one screen. Athletes train from their phone and log effort, loads and finger pain. You see who is on track before the next session.

Free for athletes. Free for coaches with up to 3 athletes.

One season, planned once for the squad and rising to the competition. You are in week 6 of 16; each athlete's loads come from their own tests.

Right now, your plan lives in three places.

None of them talk to each other, and none of them tell you how the week actually went.

The spreadsheet

A copy per athlete, edited by hand, out of date by week two.

The group chat

Feedback arrives at 23:00 between memes. "Felt ok" is not a training log.

The PDF

Sent on Sunday, opened on Monday, maybe. You never know what was actually done.

Planning for a squad of 8 shouldn't take a Sunday afternoon.

How it works

  1. Plan once for the squad

Lay out the weeks in training blocks and assign them to the whole squad, then adjust single athletes. Loads from each athlete's tests are coming soon.

  2. Athletes train from their phone

They open your invite link, see today's session, follow it with a timer and log effort, loads and finger pain in under a minute.

  3. Review the week, adjust the next

One screen per squad: what was done, how hard it felt, and flags for rising finger pain or missed sessions. You decide what changes.

    Periodization built for squads

Season, blocks, weeks, sessions. Plan for the whole squad, then change one athlete without breaking the rest.

  • Coming soon

    Loads from test results

Max hang, pull-ups, board benchmarks. Set loads as a % of each athlete's tested max and the plan scales itself.

  • At launch

    A timer athletes actually use

One exercise at a time, big buttons, audio cues for hangs and rests. Works with chalky hands.

  • At launch

    Logs that mean something

Session RPE, actual loads, finger pain from 0 to 10 and a short note. Under 20 seconds after the session.

  • At launch

    Flags, not guesses

Rising finger pain and missed sessions are flagged for you. We flag; you decide. Nothing changes a plan on its own.

    Your methods stay yours

Exercise libraries and plan templates export as JSON. Take them with you or share them with other coaches.

At launch: built, ready when the app opens. Coming soon: planned, not built yet.

Questions coaches ask

Is it really free for athletes?

Yes. Athletes never pay. The coach or the organization pays, and only once a coach has more than 3 athletes.

What happens when I have more than 3 athletes?

You move to a paid coach plan. Your plans, logs and athletes stay exactly where they are.

Do athletes need to install an app?

No. They open your invite link in the phone's browser and can add it to the home screen. It behaves like an app, without the app store.

Does it work with bad signal in the gym?

Yes for logging: a finished session is saved on the phone and sent when the signal comes back. A session opened once with signal can be followed without it.

Does it prevent injuries or give medical advice?

No. It records what athletes report, like finger pain, and flags changes to the coach. It never diagnoses or prescribes. Decisions stay with the coach and the athlete.

Can I use my own exercises and methods?

Yes. Start from the shared library or build your own exercises, sessions and templates. Everything you create exports as JSON.

Which languages are supported?

English, French and German from day one, with Dutch next. Each person picks their own language.

Where is the data stored?

In EU data centres. Health data such as finger pain is only stored with the athlete's explicit consent, and coaches' access to it is logged.

Is there a plan for athletes without a coach?

Coming soon: an AI-guided plan built on the same training rules coaches use. It isn't available yet. Join the waitlist as an athlete to hear first.

Is there an app in the App Store or Google Play?

Not yet. Isohype runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. Native iOS and Android apps are planned.

When does it launch?

We're opening in stages. Founding coaches get access first, then the waitlist in the order people joined. We'll email you before your spot opens.

Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when your spot opens. No spam: a confirmation email, then launch news.
