Everything a squad needs, nothing it doesn't.

The coach plans and reviews. The athlete trains and logs. Each tag shows where a feature stands today.

At launch: built, ready when the app opens. Coming soon: planned, not built yet.

Plan the season, not just the week

Season, blocks, weeks and sessions on one timeline. Build a session once, drop it into weeks, copy a week, repeat a block.

One season, planned once for the squad and rising to the competition. You are in week 6 of 16; each athlete's loads come from their own tests.

Tests drive the loads

Run a test day for the squad on a tablet. Results feed %-based loads, so 80% of max hang means the right weight for each athlete.

  • Protocols: max hang, pull-ups, board benchmarks and moreComing soon
  • Loads as a percentage of each athlete's tested maxComing soon
  • Organizations can standardize protocols across clubsComing soon

The athlete side is simpler than a chat message

Today's session and one big button. The player shows one exercise at a time with a timer and audio cues, then a 20-second log.

  • Session timer for hangs, intervals and restsAt launch
  • Log RPE, actual loads, finger pain and a noteAt launch
  • Works with poor signal: logs wait on the phoneAt launch

Planned against done, effort trend, finger pain and the latest tests for every athlete. Flags point you to who needs a look.
