What counts as health data
Finger pain, other pain, injuries, sleep and readiness are health data under GDPR Art. 9. The app only records them after you give a separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings. Without it, you can still use the app; pain questions are simply not asked.
Who can see it
You choose, per team, whether your coaches there may see your health entries. A coach can only read them while both your health-data consent and your sharing consent for that team are active. Every read by a coach is recorded, and you can see who looked.
Minors
Below the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian gives these consents. [Consent age for health data of minors to be confirmed by a lawyer.]
What the app does not do
Isohype records what you report and highlights changes for your coach. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent injuries and is not a medical device.
Withdrawing and deleting
Withdrawing consent stops new health entries and coach access immediately. You can delete your entries, export everything, or delete your account in Settings. [What happens to entries already recorded after withdrawal: to be confirmed.]
